Mr. Nelvin Joseph Adriatico came from Olongapo City, Philippines and has lived in Houston Texas since 1999. He has
worked in the Financial Industry for almost 17 years with clients estimated assets of $30 million. He was responsible
for conducting portfolio management initiatives; Identifying problem accounts through the annual review;
collections & delinquency management procedures in accordance to global credit policy and procedure;
and business development.
His bi-cultural background and focus on community collaboration and engagement has led him to a number of board leadership roles including: Chairman – La Rosa Multicultural Family Services; Chairman – Filipino American Caucus for Empowerment (FACE); Board Member of HISD-Asian Advisory Council; Board Member of 80-20 Asian American-PAC; Co-Chairman of Mayor’s Office of New Americans, Immigrants and Refugees; President – Asian Pacific American Heritage Association (APAHA); President – Houston Royal Oaks Lions Club Foundation (HROLCF); Board Chairman of The Alliance Multicultural Community Services; President of Asian Pacific American for Public Affairs (APAPA), Founding Executive Advisory Board- Philippine American Coalition of Texas (PACT) and Chairman of Philippine American Chamber of Commerce-Texas

He also helped organize several programs and projects like; Annual Back to School, Health Fair and Business Expo for
the past 12 years, Adopt a Mom, Adopt a Family Christmas Program for 11yrs, Alief Health Fair, Mission and Vision
Hope for Lions Club, Calamity and Relief Effort for Disaster and Impacted community both local and international to
name a few.
Adriatico, was the recipient of the Asian Chamber of Commerce Community Ambassador Award, Fresh Spirit Wellness Legacy Unsung HERO Award, Lions Club Jack Wiech Fellow Award and Texas Association of Realtors Community HERO Neighborhood Award.

An entrepreneur by heart, he Founded Adriatico Investment Group, LLC and InvestCORE Company dba CORE Realty; a
brokerage firm that specializes in Commercial & Residential Real Estate Development, Management, Investment &
Financing Services and Business Consulting. Currently operating in 2 Offices (Houston and Sugarland). He has an Indepth knowledge and considerable amount of experience in the banking and lending arena with a good
understanding of the real estate market; credit and lending policies and regulations; Strong managerial, planning,
analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
He is also currently a regular TV Host and Co-Producer of the Telly Award winning show called Chitchat Houston which
made history as the First Asian American TV show produced and hosted by Filipino American in an American
Channel, celebrating its 3rd season at Kube 57.
Mr. Adriatico married his business partner, Avinash S. Thadhani on March 2015 in California and both live with their dog (Bella) and son AJ, currently a Senior at University of Houston majoring in Political Science.
